Emas Lux completed the full build-out of a commercial retail unit in Winnipeg, transforming an empty shell into a functional, on-brand storefront. The scope included framing and drywall, commercial flooring, electrical and lighting, HVAC and plumbing rough-in, a storefront glass entrance, custom millwork, and fitting room construction — with a small office and storage area at the back. Our team managed the project from permits through final finishing, keeping the timeline on track for the client's opening date and delivering a space built for both function and first impressions.
