1.3 Information Collected via Third-Party Tools
We use the following third-party analytics and advertising tools on our Site, each of which collects data independently under its own privacy practices:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Site. GA4 collects data such as pages viewed, session duration, device and browser information, and approximate location. This data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We have configured internal traffic exclusion filters to prevent our own team's Site visits from being counted in these analytics, but this does not affect data collected from other visitors.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to build audiences for future advertising campaigns. The Meta Pixel collects information about pages visited, actions taken on the Site (such as clicking our "Request Free Consultation" button), and technical browser/device data. This information is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and is subject to the Meta Privacy Policy. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, this data may be associated with your account for ad personalization purposes, in accordance with your own Meta account settings.
Calendly When you book a consultation through our scheduling tool, your name, email, phone number, and selected appointment details are collected and processed by Calendly, LLC in accordance with the Calendly Privacy Policy.

We use the information we collect to:
Respond to consultation requests and schedule appointments
Provide quotes, project proposals, and communicate about your renovation or construction project
Improve our Site's content, design, and user experience
Measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms

3. Legal Basis and Consent
By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. For cookies and tracking technologies that are not strictly necessary for the Site to function (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics), we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time as described in Section 6 below.

Subcontractors or trades involved in delivering a quoted project, limited to the information necessary to complete the work, and only with your knowledge
Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law (including tax and accounting record-keeping obligations under Canadian law). Data collected via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel is retained according to each platform's own default retention periods, which you can review in their respective privacy policies.
